Through our agent referral program, we offer real estate agents the opportunity to concentrate on sales, knowing that their clients will receive exceptional care and support from Freedom House as their trusted property manager. Additionally, we provide expert guidance and complimentary rental analysis to support agents as needed.

Earn a $555 Referral Fee for Every Owner You Send Us

Refer a property owner to Freedom House Property Management. When the property is leased and the first month's rent is collected, we pay your brokerage $555.

Multi-unit properties earn $50 for each additional door. For example, a fourplex pays $555 + (3 x $50) = $705.

How It Works

1. Submit the owner's name and contact information using the referral form below.
2. Our office contacts the owner and provides a free rental analysis.
3. The owner signs a management agreement with us.
4. We place a tenant. Once the lease is signed and the first month's rent is collected, we pay your brokerage the referral fee.

Terms

• The owner must be new to Freedom House Property Management.
• The referral form must be submitted before the owner signs a management agreement with us.
• If you have represented the owner in a past sale or purchase, or hold a written agreement to represent them in the future, we refer them back to you when they want to buy or sell.
• The fee is paid to the referring agent's brokerage.
